Step 1Decorate the felt
Cut out a round felt with appropriate size and sew flower applique on. Sew the beads one by one around the flower applique. -
Step 2Embellish the hair clip
Cut a round felt with the same size and glue it with the wrong side of felt with beads. Cut out a strip of ribbon that is a little longer than hair clip. Glue it with the hair clip covering both ends. -
Step 3Attach four pearl appliques on the hair clip in order. Glue the felt with beads at the top.
