Plush Thanksgiving Turkey Decoration
I really wanted to make something cute and adorable for Thanksgiving. I found this adorable pattern and tackled the project. My Grand Gobbler is so adorable I love him!

    Blanket Stitch

    With thread below
    the needle; up at 1,
    down at 2, up at 3.
    Pull through.

    Work blanket stitches around each section with three strands of floss.

    Lightly stuffing each section with fiberfill as you work

    Use hot glue gun to glue eyes, beak and wattle to the face of the body.

    Use your strip of fabric and tie a bow, put a "V" shape on the ends. Hot glue bow to body at neck.

    Hot glue buttons to body.

    *Use brown floss to work stitches around each wing; do not stuff.

    On a flat surface, align the two tails and body upright; pin in place.

    Pin the wings behind the body with pointed ends down and round ends even with the neck.

    Hot Glue wings to body.

    Hot glue the body and wings to the small tail, and the small tail to the large tail, removing pins as each section is glued

    Once all pieces are hot glued together, you have an adorable Thanksgiving Turkey!
