Had a wooden panel bracelet that was ready for painting in My Lil' Box o' Nightmares (or, My Rainy Day Craft Box). Had me some random cross charms. Put two and two together - along with some sealer, black gloss paint, gloss varnish, matte varnish, and some good ol' E-6000 (I love that stuff - and you get this. Neat, yes?
