Step 2
Apply Chi Chi baked eyeshadow in 'Gimme Gimme a Man' (turquoise) on the outer third of the eyelid and create a wing by drawing a line towards the tail of the brow. Join this line to the colour on the outer third of the lid to finish the wing and fill in the colour to add depth, blending inwards towards the centre of the eyelid for a gradient effect.
