Step 1
Place spices in the milk.

Heat the milk for 1 1/2 mins in microwave.

Leave to cool completely.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs & sugar together.
Step 3
Add the cream & milk to the eggs.

Mix til incorporated.
Step 4
Pour into the ice cream machine.

Churn for approx 1 hr.
Step 5
Serve.
