Gingerbread Bar Spiced gingerbread bars.
Easy to make.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Cream butter & sugars together.
Add treacle & vanilla.
Mix through.
Add egg.
Mix in.
Add remaining dry ingredients.
Stir to make a dough.
Press into a tray.
Bake for 20 mins.
Frosting...
Mix together the butter & cream cheese.
Add the icing sugar & vanilla.
Spread frosting on top of ginger bread.
Cut & serve.
