Step 1
Heat oven 175 degrees.

Cream butter & sugar together.
Step 2
Add vanilla, egg & egg yolk.

Mix through.
Step 3
Mix together the flour, baking powder, Bicarb & cornflour.
Step 4
Mix the flour to the egg mixture.

Stir to form a thick dough.
Step 5
Add the chocolate chips.

Stir through.
Step 6
Add the sprinkles.

Mix through.
Step 7
Pour into a pan.

Bake for 20-25 mins.
Step 8
Allow to cool completely.
Step 9
Decorate with buttercream icing & some more sprinkles.
