Step 1
Heat oven 200 degrees.

Par boil potatoes.

Drain.
Step 2
Add oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning & parmigiana to potatoes.

Stir to coat.

Pour onto a tray.
Step 3
Sprinkle over parsley.

Bake for 40 mins until golden & crisp.
Step 4
Serve.
