saw so many hipsters walking around with these prints on their leggings, so i went "how hard can it be?"
and let me tell you
not very...
still had a lot of fun making these though :D

Step 1paint some black shoes with blue, midnight blue and black paint

Step 2add some pink and light blue spots
-
Step 3white spots, make some bigger and draw them out into sparkling stars.

Step 4now with a toothpick i made a lot of even smaller dots aaaall over the shoes, i also made some falling stars :)
and done :D
