Based on Funnel Cakes by Cat Morley
So I cooked funnel cake for the first time...I did it pretty much by myself. I made a mess, but nothing too major. It was really good, but here's the healthier version i made (also, the instructions were kind of vague-it was 3 cups of milk, one teaspoon of baking soda, and 2 cups of flour):
Instead of white all-purpose flour, I mixed white flour with wheat flour.
Instead of cooking oil i used olive oil.
