You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 375/190 degrees
Line pie dish with pastry.
Bake blind for 15 mins.
Remove beans & bake for 5 more mins.

Step 2Melt chocolate & butter together.
Once melted together remove from the heat.

Step 3Immediately add the sugar.
Stir through.
Leave aside for 3 mins to cool.

Step 4Add the eggs & stir through.

Step 5Pour the chocolate mixture into the pastry.
Reduce oven temp to 300/170 degrees.

Step 6Bake in lower oven shelf for 30 mins.
Move to middle shelf of oven for 10 more mins.

Step 7Remove from the oven & cool.
Serve.
