You Will Need

Step 1Scoop some yogurt of your choice into each indent in the ice cube tray, fill approximately half of the indent with the yogurt.

Step 2You can choose any fruit with this recipe, I used strawberries and plums and they were great but anything will do! Cut fruit into a small size and push into each indent with yogurt.

Step 3Smooth the top over with some more yogurt and leave in the freezer for approximately 3-4 hours minimum or overnight.

No but I think they would be useful if you wanted to make a really cold smoothie on a hot day and just put them in the blender with some other goodies!
