Hello: Thanks for the tut.. It's missing 2 parts of the pattern =( Does anyone know where I can find them at? The above only has links to #1 & #3 so it's missing 2 & 4. Thanks in advance.
Hi Pam, I love this hat and would really like to make one for my son, but there are only 2 downloads, and the middle bit seems to be missing. Are you able to send me the missing bit? Thanks very much. katherine x
I would really love to make this for my son, But I can only see 2 attachments (1 page each) as Cassandra C's comments.
would love to be able to get the whole pattern. Thanks
Love it! I really want to make this for my son who is 3 mos! I want to make it a monster.. bc I am obsessed with monsters.. haha! For the pattern though I only see 2 pages can you please help!! thanks!
@Miranda S.- I would suggest printing it all out, putting the pattern together and then copying it on a scanner or copy machine but at like 75%, 50%, and 25% its original size. Then cut each one out and wrap it around the babies head, you want to have the pattern overlap about 1 inch, just so you make sure it isn't too small all sewn together.
@Sandra L- If you have already printed it out I would just wrap it around your head, while looking in the mirror and see about how much bigger you'd need to increase it. If the gap between the paper (when you wrap it around your head) is 2 inches, you should add on another 1 inch. So three inches total. If you want to be super sure it will fit, I'd say cut out just the lining of the hat, sew it together with a simple stay stitch. then try it on to make sure it fits and is the right size before cutting out the rest of the hat
Does that make sense? if not feel free to message me and I'll try to walk you through it!
(I'll go post on your wall too)
hey so i found this and i got the fleece and felt and printed out the patterns and everything but then i read on and saw that it might be too small then tried to wrap the pattern around my head and it didn't fit so how do i make it bigger? should i just reprint using more paper or free hand and get the same general shape? help plz
I'm gonna tell my sister to start popping out some young ones soon, this is just too cute to not make for a nephew or niece! lol
Really cute! Wouldn't wear it myself, but it's adorable anyway.
2 of the pattern pieces are missing from this tutorial. Please go to this tutorial to find the complete pattern.
