• 

  Step 1

  peel potatoes
  then wash and cut them

  and take out your fish from the freezer

• 

  Step 2

  boil the potatoes till they are almost done

  then add the fish and let it boil till tender

• 

  Step 3

  drain the potato/fish mix and pour into a bowl

  add the chopped onions, a egg, some salt and pepper and mash it up

• 

  Step 4

  now mold the mix into patties

  I make it look like balls, then flatten them
  ---------------------------------

  now on the stove, grease a pan

  turn on med heat

  and put the patties in, let them brown.

  then serve
