I made this for my husband for a little Christmas present this year. This would be super easy to make if there was a pattern, but I ended up just printing out the picture and estimating from there. His hanger is just braided embroidery floss.
Make sure you have bigger beads than I did for his eyes! I feel like they are way too small :) But he's still pretty cute and my husband loved him.
