One of three dresses that I designed, patterned, and constructed for Central Michigan University's Threads Fashion Show in April 2011. The collection was a marriage between the femininity of the 1950's and the mod cutouts of the 1960's. I was also inspired by outer space, animal bones, and dia de los muertos makeup.
