Posting this kind of late but its my w6 project
So I've had this computer forever and the paint is wearing off on some of the keys because of how often I use it (a lot!!) It's been really starting to bug me recently.

So I painted some of the keys, started with the ones where the letters were fading off and colored in those missing parts with a sharpie and then just kinda kept going with the other ones. Kinda liberating really, I was just pulling of keys and adding the marbling to them.

I did the water marbeling like normal but instead of putting it on my nail I used little bits of baggies I cut up then I peeled it off later, left me with like a nail polish sticker. kinda awesome but a lot of work. I had a bunch of those and didn't know what to do with them, I figured it out, if that part wasn't already obvious.

Its all pretty random, but I like it. I'll probably do more later but I ran out of stickers that would work on keys cause it's a good idea to be able to see what button it is afterwards, found that one out the hard way. Next time I'll probably put the keys right in the water to save time.

Just part of the joys of being old and uncontrollable!

Although my 5yr old(at the time) got really testy about it. Up until he looked at it really really closely and also that you can still see the letters and numbers pretty well. "MOM I CANT FIND THE 'D' !!!! THEY'RE NOT IN ORDER!!!"
