Elephants go Toot
I previously made a version of this for my sister, of my sister and her husband [who is in the Air Force]. A woman that is friends with a family friend of mine, saw it and asked me to make this for a friend of hers anniversary. The woman is a hair dresser and her husband is in the Navy. The uniform that I have him wearing is her favorite of his, so that is why I used that particular one.
