    Cast on 18 stitches

All it is is a knit 3 purl 3 rib. Just use regular needles and make four rectangles to your desired length. (All the same length)

    Step 2

You have to make sure that you leave the little string from casting on s, don't weave it in just leave it hanging. Also, when you're finished knitting, leave a LONG strand hanging from your cast off.

(these drawings aren't very artistic, i did them really fast!)

    Step 3

Get a big needle and stitch two of your knitted rectangles together on one side like so.
To stitch them together, thread the long strand you left from the cast off and sew down to the bottom.

(ignore the lines on the rectangle itself, that's just me shading it in!)

    Step 4

For the other side, you want to have a thumb hole so make a few stitches and then just thread the needle through one side of the knitted thing. Then continue sewing.

Then tie off the string you stitched to the bottom with with the string you left from casting on. Do that on both sides, then stitch up your second one and you're done!

Tada!! and again, sorry for the bad pictures, i didn't try very hard on them :P
