• 

  Step 1

  start with a sheet of felt

• 

  Step 2

  glue it, very well

• 

  Step 3

  then fold over and smooth with your hands

• 

  Step 4

  NOW TO ADD THE EASY TIE CLOSEUR! ooh lala

  I used leather lace, but you can use ribbon or yarn

  I just put a super glue line over the felt and then smooth the lace over

• 

  Step 5

  now make your design, I used another leather lace and some yarn

  let dry
