• Step 1

  Put on the t-shirt, and start wrapping the duct tape around you - tight

• Step 2

  After you've gotten the waist cincher shape that you'd like, cut yourself out of it

• Step 3

  Cut off all excess fabric and even it out

• Step 4

  Mark off spots for buttons and buttonholes

• Step 5

  Sew on the buttons and cut the buttonholes

• Step 6

  Try it on!

you should cover it so it's not so wrinklie, but if it was in the middle of the night, then it's not bad
