Upcycling an empty roll of tape into a pretty bracelet
This is a really easy project, you just need to know how to decoupage.

Step 1
Grab your paper and decoupage the roll. You can cut a strip of paper long and wide enough to completely cover the bangle, cut strips of two different colors and make a striped bracelet, tear pieces and overlap them like I did with book pages, whatever you want to do.

Step 2
You can be done here or you can add trimmings. I used a lace trim with a fabric yo-yo and a button.
