Step 1
Add the egg yolk to the cool mashed potatoes.

Mix in well.
Step 2
Heat oven 200 degrees.

Pipe the potatoes onto a tray.
Step 3
Place in oven for 15-20 mins until golden.
Step 4
Remove from oven & serve.
