I think it is adorable and with summer around the corner we gurls MUST know how to make one too!...LOL I have looked all over the internet and found it resembles the 1950's Catalina like this one: http://www.propervintageclothing.com/accessories/bathing%20suits/1950s-black-catalina.html but that still does not help in trying to figure out "How"...lol.
