• 

  Step 1

  Wash the apple but pealing the apple isn't necessary. Chop the apple into small pieces as you want but make sure that all pieces are of the same size.

  Step 2

  Add the chopped apple, half cup of milk and 1 table spoon of sugar in the pot and boil them on low heat for a few minutes.

  Step 3

  Take a bowl. Add 1 cup of all purpose flour, half cup of rice flour and half cup of sugar. Mix them really well.

• 

  Step 4

  Now, add half cup of milk with the previous mixture. Add more milk if needed to make a fine thin batter.

• 

  Step 5

  Add an egg and mix them carefully without leaving any lumps on the mixture. Cover and keep the batter in a dry place for half an hour.

  Step 6

  You'll need 2 spoons for this step, a bouillon spoon and a flat spoon. Take a non sticky fry-pan, add a small amount of oil (not more than 1 tbsp) and put it on medium heat.

  Step 7

  Fill the bouillon spoon with batter and carefully pour a thin layer of batter into the fry-pan, make sure that the layer is round. Do not spread the batter on the fry-pan, let it spread by itself.

  Step 8

  Wait for 10-15 seconds and then add the apple filling lengthwise on the layer (crepe). Use the flat spoon to roll both sides of the crepe to cover the apple filling. When the crepe will start to turn a little brownish use the flat spoon to take it out of the pan.

  Step 9

  Similarly make the rest. Enjoy!
