Based on Decoupage Binder by Dolly
Made with scraps of tissue paper, fabric and bits and bobs.
Exam card, mini playing cards, images, order number from brighton beach, photo of my friend when she was only teeny, visitor sticker from Parliment, and some graphics.
I used a broadsheet newspaper as a base, mod podged everything on, and duct taped the edges to neaten up.
