Step 1Cut out a circle from thick, stiff tulle.

Step 2Sew ribbon on the edge

Step 3Decorate the space with feathers, sequins, bows... everything!
I folded the rose out of tulle, the same material like the base. -
Step 4
Handsew the whole thing to a hairband :)

It'd probably be a good idea to run a wire through the ribbon around the edge.
