• 

  Step 1

  Download files.
  Cut lantern from cardstock, cutting outline and daisies (black lines). Score as indicated by red lines.

  Cut /score rectangle from vellum paper.

• 

  Step 2

  Apply glue to long tab of lantern, fold into an open cube and adhere.

• 

  Step 3

  Fold and tuck bottom pieces, first the U shaped piece, then the two sides pieces, pushing them down until they hook under the U shaped pieces.

• 

  Step 4

  Fold down the tongue shaped piece and tuck it under the U shaped piece.

• 

  Step 5

  Bottom of lantern complete.

• 

  Step 6

  Crease vellum paper along score lines. Assemble into a square tube using glue tab.

  Insert vellum inside lantern.

• 

  Step 7

  Illuminate with a battery operated tealight.
