Cute Rag Doll

A new friend to make you giggle...
Meet "Clover" he's my little friend that brings laughs from people who see him. I just used an arm off an old sweater for his body. I sewed it closed on one end in a rounded shape and split the other end to make legs. Started stuffing it with scraps, pinched out some ears and ran a couple pieces of thread to hold the shape. Wrapped a piece of string around it to make a neck. Sewed the legs closed in the middle leaving the feet open so I could stuff the body and then the legs. Used old sock bands and folded them to make his feet and sewed them in and closed him up at the feet.

I then used sock scraps to roll and make his arms and clipped out his fingers. Another sock scrap split and criss-cross sewed on to make his shirt. Buttons for his eyes, a sewed on mouth, stubby nose and wisp of hair from thread. I added some cool random pieces of jewelry to give him his own little individual look.
