Step 1
pick your nail polish.
Step 2
after your base coat, apply your main color . mine is red.
Step 3
then paint your tips white
Step 4
apply 4 dots close to each other.
Step 5
use your toothpick to make a strips threw each dot.
and than your done! i can do this in a small half an hour.
