I just took an oversized tee and cut the sides, back and front and weaved a design. I also made some fringed sleeves.

I have seen these done a ton and this is the cutest yet! Great job but agree w devious a how to wud b great. I know the basics but the placement of the cuts in this one is cool. Like how big' how far apart the cuts etc....
