Jazz up your Cupcakes
I actually made these for display stands for three craft fayres I was doing.
I will use them for my husbands 50th next year for his cake and cupcakes.
These were an upcycle really as I had some old snap frame backs, white paint, ribbon and the equipment.
Cheap, simple and very effective.
