• Step 1

  open you image and change it to black and white

  keep it in RGB

• Step 2

  now go to

  image - adjustments- shadow/highlight

  and fidle around until you get the black and white toness just the way you like them

• Step 3

  then go

  image - adjustments - photo filter

  for this one I used a red warming filter

  you can also make the image cooler
