Creamy Garlic Chicken
This is a great dish to make ahead or put in the oven & forget about for an hour.

Step 1
Heat oven 180 degrees.

Place the chicken in oven dish.
Step 2
Place the garlic in the dish.
Step 3
Mix the herbs with the stock & cream.

Pour over the chicken.
Step 4
Cover & Bake in the oven for 50 mins to 1 hr until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the pan.

Mash the garlic into the sauce.

Add some corn flour to the sauce to thicken it up.

Add another dash of cream to bring the sauce together.

Return the chicken to the pot.
Step 6
Serve.
