Courgette & Chocolate Loaf
This is a moist & tasty loaf/cake.

It tastes like a chocolate muffin but better.

You could add icing to the top but it really doesn't need it.

Step 1
Heat oven 350 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Step 2
Mix oil, vanilla & sugars together.
Step 3
Add eggs to sugar mixture.
Step 4
Add banana & courgettes.

Stir through.
Step 5
Mix together the dry ingredients & wet.

Stir lightly until just combined.
Step 6
Add the chocolate chips.

Stir through.
Step 7
Pour into a loaf tin.

Bake for 45-60 mins until cooked through.
Step 8
Cool completely.
Step 9
Cut & serve.
