You Will Need

Step 1
one paint your nails silver and let them dry (you can do any color but this is what colors i used)

Step 2
put a strip of tape over the part you don't want painted the next color leaving the edges uncovered

Step 3
paint the rest blue ( may need multiple coats but let it dry before adding the next)
