Step 1METHOD
First rub the butter with sugar and then add the egg yolks with vanilla extract. Then mix the flour with baking powder and salt and mix it all together into a non-stick dough. Finally, add about 2/3 of chocolate and work lightly. Leave the rest of chocolate to decorate the cookies before baking. Then put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes. -
Step 2First make balls out of the dough, which you put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the balls apart at a sufficient distance so that they do not come together. Finally, decorate the balls with the remaining chocolate and put them in the oven.

Step 3Bake the cookies at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, if you want them slightly undercooked inside. If you want to have the cookies more baked, I recommend baking the cookies for a maximum of 14 minutes (ideal 12 minutes).
