This is great for the kids if you don't mind them eating food colouring.
It is really easy to do & tastes good too.

Step 1Chop up 15 Oreos & 10 chocolate chip cookies.
Set aside.

Step 2Whip the cream & vanilla to soft peaks.

Step 3Beat in condensed milk & stir til uniform colour.
Add in the food colouring & stir through.

Step 4Fold in chopped biscuits

Step 5Transfer to freezer container.

Step 6Decorate the top of the ice cream with the remaining biscuits.

Step 7Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.

Step 8Serve.
