Coconut Panna Cotta
This is light & tasty dessert.
It can be served with a fruity sauce but is nice without.

Step 1Pour the water into a bowl.
Pour the gelatine over & let sit for 2 mins.
Oil the serving bowls.

Step 2In a pan heat coconut milk, cream, sugar & salt.
Gently heat, do not boil.

Step 3Add the gelatine mixture.
Stir until dissolved.

Step 4Pour the mixture between serving dishes & allow to cool.
Place in the fridge for atleast 12 hours.

Step 5Serve.
