Coconut Macaroons. Fresh, quick & easy to make.
My family eat these at a Christmas Fayre/Market and loved them so I thought I'd give them a go & they came out perfect. Better than the fayre one's.

Step 1Pre-heat oven Gas 3.
Mix Coconut, sugar & flour together.
Mix in almond extract & egg white.
Stir until all ingredients are combined.

Step 2Scoop heaps of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven for 18-20 mins.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few moments.
These macaroons are delicious eaten hot or cold.
