Step 1
Mix the icing sugar & condensed milk together.
Step 2
Add the coconut.

Mix in together, you may need to use your hands to scrunch it together.
Step 3
Separate the mixture in to two portions.

Add pink food colouring into one half.
Step 4
Press the non coloured side into a tray.
Step 5
Press the coloured side on top.
Step 6
Leave to set for a little while.

Cut into squares.
Step 7
Serve
