A new twist on a fun craft
My daughter has lovingly nicknamed this the elmo reindeer. I made a bunch of these and gave them out as gifts to friends and family.

Step 1
start with two clothes pins or 4 clothes pins halves. (I used clothes pin halves) You can get them at any craft store. If you decide to stain them I would use any wood stain you like and just follow the directions on the can, and Don't forget to varnish! Using the hot glue gun, glue the clothes pins together. this is going to be you're body. Take another clothes pin and hot glue it the opposite way on top of you're other clothes pins like in the picture.

Step 2
After you let the glue harden, it's time to do the face. I glued the nose on first and then the eyes. You can also make ears out of felt and attach to the reindeer just above his eyes.

Step 3
Now you take about an inch of ribbon and tie a bow around his neck, and then hot glue the bell on top of the bow. If you want to change it up a bit you can get slightly thicker ribbon and turn the bow into a tie

Step 4
You can either take more ribbon and snake it under his collar or use wire to make a hook.
