Chocolate Meringue Tart Light & fluffy dessert.
Easy to make.
Crust...
Combine the butter & crumbed biscuit together.
Press into a dish.
Filling...
Melt the chocolate with the vanilla & salt.
Set aside.
Whip cream until soft peaks.
Fold the cream & chocolate together.
Pour on top of the crust.
Refrigerate for atleast 30 mins.
Topping...
Place all ingredients into a bowl over simmering water.
Stir until sugar has dissolved.
Whisk the mixture until thick & stiff peaks.
Pour on top of the chocolate.
Blow torch the Meringue.
Serve at room temp.
