Runny meringues? Don't stress, make eton mess!
While attempting to make chocolate mint meringues, disaster hit and my mixture became runny. Unsure what to do, I baked it anyway and decided to use it for Eton Mess.

    Crush up your meringue in a bowl and chop the dark chocolate into another bowl.

    Slice up the strawberries and place in a bowl with a splash of Chambord and sprinkling of sugar.

    Slice up the mint and stir into the strawberries.

    Meanwhile whip up the whipping cream until fluffy and hard.

    Stir the strawberries and crushed up meringue to the whipped cream.

    Serve with some dark chocolate crushed on top and a few mint leaves.
