You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream the butter & sugar until pale.

Step 2Add the eggs one at a time.

Step 3Fold in the flour & coconut.

Step 4Place in a tin.
Bake for 45 mins until cooked through.

Step 5Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 6Melt the chocolate.

Step 7Pour over the loaf.
Allow to set.

Step 8Serve.
