Simple and Fun Dessert
I wanted another way of making my ice cream enjoyable when eating it. I remember eating choc ices when I was younger (they probably still sell them, I just don't see/buy them), and so I set to it and raided the cupboards for choclate.
Very simple, give it a go!

You Will Need

Step 1Spoon out balls of your vanilla ice-cream (use my how-to if you'd like to make your own ice cream) onto a tray/plate and freeze so they're not runny.

Step 2Melt chocolate (I used 6 squares which was enough) and leave to cool for a little while.

Step 3Put the ice cream balls onto a wire rack with a tray or plate underneath to catch any dripping chocolate.
Pour over melted chocolate.

Step 4The chocolate should go hard straight away.
Serve and enjoy! :)
