Melt the butter.

Add the vermicelli.

Stir through until browned.
Step 2
Add the rice.

Coat in butter.
Step 3
Add the onion, garlic & salt.

Stir through.
Step 4
Add the stock.

Reduce heat & simmer until rice is tender.
Step 5
Stir through the parsley.
Step 6
Serve.
