• 

  Step 1

  Heat a pan.

  Place the chicken in & cook until fully cooked through.

  Remove from the pan.

• 

  Step 2

  Place the onion & garlic in the pan & cook gently.

• 

  Step 3

  Add the rice.

  Stir through.

• 

  Step 4

  Add the pasata & cook until the pan is dry.

• 

  Step 5

  Add some chicken stock & peppers.

  Cook until the pan is dry again.

  Continue to add stock until the rice is cooked.

• 

  Step 6

  Add the chicken back to the pan, add peas.

  Cook to heat the chicken & cook the peas.

• 

  Step 7

  Serve .
