all you need to do is lay down the puff pastry then spread a tiny bit od mustard then add the cheese then roll then cut and keepn repeating until none left then beat eggs in a seperate bowl and then spread over the cheese straws then bake in oven until golden brown. hope you enjoy them if you make them.
