Step 1Heat together the butter and flour and mix into a roux.

Step 2Add the milk and stir until mixed with no lumpy bits.

Step 3Add the beer.

Step 4Whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce.

Step 5Whisk in the cheese and mustard.

Step 6Cook for a few minutes until the cheese has all melted and the sauce has thickened. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
